Claire Gaudion, Artisan Textile Designer Inspired by Nature

Claire Gaudion artisan textiles are designed to enrich the spaces we live in through colour, pattern and texture. All rugs, cushions and fabrics are inspired by nature and by bringing the colours, patterns and textures of nature into our homes. Claire Gaudion encourages a connection to nature that brings positive benefits to wellbeing and happiness.

To welcome in 2020, we take a look at your favourite colours, textures and themes from recent months, and our new product launches. Here’s a round-up of our year in pictures…

Favourite colours and textures

A medley of ocean blues in our Rhythmic Tides Rug, printed linen fabrics and woven natural textiles have proven to be some of your favourites this year.

As we move into 2020, we’ve added new colours in our abstract and woven patterns with earthy tones, sunlit yellows and sandy neutrals.

New products for 2020

Our new products range in colour, from bold complementary harmonies to quiet neutrals that are rich in texture. Newly launched this autumn, our Albecq Rug is with decorated in deep reds, oranges and blues on a base of blush beige. Our Wave Cushions – handwoven in beautifully tactile organic linen – blend navy and spice, and blue and ecru. The Sand Sketch Rug features softer colours of blues and greys on cream.

Each design takes inspiration from the changing natural light and patterns found in our coastal landscape.

Sustainable design

Also new in is our exciting new range of recycled plastic bottle rugs. This sustainable collection brings new nature-inspired colours and weaves to interiors for the New Year, to be enjoyed for years to come.
