Kuldea aggregates products across the entire furniture retail market and allows people to easily search, discover and compare  the right products for them based on their relevance. Kuldea also provides people with top tips, inspiration and sales offers from retailers and industry professionals, that help inform their home furnishing decisions.

How do I search for furniture products on Kuldea?

To search for furniture products on Kuldea simply enter the product name into the search bar or navigate through the product tab into the product specific product sub catgeory. You will then arrive at the product sub category where you can scroll through and browse products. To refine your search, use the filters at the top of the screen to apply specific search progativies and narrow down your product search results to find your perfect products. From here, you have the ability to favourite, set sales alerts and share products with others.

How do I favourite furniture products on Kuldea?

To favourite a furniture product simply select the heart icon when viewing products either on the product sub category or when viewing a specific product listing. When to press the favourite heart icon. This will prompt you to either log in or sign up to Kuldea. Enter an email address and password to log in/ sign up and the product will be added to your favourites. You will note that the heart icon will be filled or coloured green indicating the product has been favourited. You will also note that the furniture product will now appear in your favourite basket.

Once you have favourited a product, you now have the ability to build the product into a furniture collections. To unfavourite the product, simply click on the favourite icon to deselect it.

How do I set furniture sales alerts on Kuldea?

To set a sales alert notification on a furniture product simply select the bell icon located on the product. This will prompt you to either log in to your account or sign up to Kuldea. Enter email address and password to log in or sign up and the product will have a sales alert set on it. You will also note that the product will now appear in your sales alert basket.

Once you have the alert set on the product, we will make you aware via email as soon as the product you are interested in has been placed on sale or has a specific deal associated to it.

How do I create furniture collections in Kuldea?

You’ll create a collection on Kuldea when you have a project that needs to be completed. That could be furnishing a living room or selecting a dining table and narrowing down to the best options for you on the market. To create and build a collection simply go to the furniture product listing and add the product to your favourites. Once you add the product to your favourites you can review it and add it to collections. To do this simply select the furniture product or products you want to add to your collection and click the folder icon below the product. This will prompt you to either create a new collection or add the furniture product to an existing collection.

Once you’ve created or built out collections you can review and interact with them by entering into the collections icon at the top of the screen.

How do I create an account on Kuldea?

Creating an account on Kuldea is easy. You can create an account by either clicking on the sign up button or by attempting favourite a furniture product or set a sales alert. Both options will lead you to the sign up page where you simply enter in your email address and create a password to set up an account. As soon as this is completed you’ll have an account and will be able to use Kuldea to its full potential.

Can I subscribe to a Kuldea newsletter for regular communications?

Subscribing to the Kuldea newsletter is easy. Simply add your email address in the “subscribe to newsletter” bar at the bottom right and click submit. You’ll then receive regular top tips, inspiration and other home furnishing news articles.

Can I share a furniture product I found with my friends?

Sharing a furniture product on Kuldea is simple. When your viewing the product on the sub category or product listing simply click on the share icon at the bottom of the product (the airplane icon) and you can share it via email or via social media channels such as facebook,twitter,and Pinterest.

Top tips and Inspiration articles, what are they?

Kuldea provides home furniture and furnishing top tips and inspiration articles that help people discover their perfect home style online. Discover design styles and trends, new and innovative furniture products, furniture and home furnishing buying guides and guest blogs from industry experts on all things home and interiors.

Can I share top tips and inspiration articles from Kuldea?

Yes, it’s easy to share top tips and inspiration articles on Kuldea. When reading an article on Kuldea simply hover over  the “share this article” icons the left hand side of your screen. Articles can be shared over facebook, twitter, Pinterest, Whatsapp and email.

How do I opt out of a Kuldea newsletter subscription?

To opt out of a Kuldea newsletter subscription you only need to hit the ‘Unsubscribe’ button that is located at the bottom of the newsletters you receive. This will remove you from the newsletter list.

How do I update my account preferences on Kuldea?

Updating and managing your account preferences on Kuldea is easy. When you log in to your Kuldea account you will see the ‘Account’ icon. Enter through that icon and you’ll see a full menu of account management preferences available.

Can I change my account email address?

Changing your account email address is quick and easy. To do this log in to Kuldea and enter into the ‘Account’ icon. Under this you’ll see the ‘Change email address’ section where you only need to enter and confirm your new email address then hit ‘Save changes’ to complete.

How do I change my account password?

Changing your account password is simple. To do this log in to Kuldea and enter into the ‘Account’ icon. Under this you’ll see the ‘Change password’ section where you only need to enter your old password and confirm your new password then hit ‘Save changes’ to complete.

Can I close my Kuldea account?

To close your account you will need to login to Kuldea and enter into the ‘Account’ icon. Then select ‘Close my account’ where you’ll be presented with two options from a drop down menu ‘Close my account or close my account and delete my data’. From there confirm your password and select ‘Save Changes’ to confirm the account closure. Kuldea will send you an email confirmation to confirm your account status once you’ve saved the changes submitted.
